i made this recipe for my family and they loved it!! it was very easy to make, i did substitute the pie crust for a graham cracker crust,i added more lemon curd to bring out the flavor more; will definitely make this again.

This recipe was wonderful. It was very easy to make and it is so refreshing on a hot summer day! I used fresh strawberries on top and wasn't sure how it would blend with the lemon, but it was great! I wasn't sure where to find lemon curd but, I found it in the specialty food section of my local Kroger store. I will definately make this again.
