I made this for 2 11 year olds and we all loved it! Next time I will cut back on the ginger, but it was amazing!

Me AND my boyfriend love this. I usually serve it with rice as shown and add an Asian inspired salad with ginger dressing. It is amazing and I make it quite often. :)

This chicken was delicious! My husband loved it and asked for seconds. Thanks so much for a great recipe! I didn't change a thing except I used fresh ginger root instead of ground ginger in the sauce.

I substituted peach preserves. None of us cared for this recipe.
