I love this recipe but it never fails that when I turn the chicken over, the breading never stays on the chicken no matter what I try. Also, it doesn't brown well

I have made this a couple of times, and haven't been disappointed at all. My husband loved it too. I also gave it to my daughter, who has a gluten allergy. She was able to find gluten-free baking mix and was able to make this recipe for her (and her boyfriend)and thought it was a very easy recipe. She really loves it, and has made it a couple of times also. It will be a permanent recipe in my recipe box.

This recipe was great. I doubled it, to make it for the whole family and they loved it. I also served it with the peanutty pear salad which was great. I was sceptical at first about peanuts in a salad but it was great.
