Now you can make crusted salmon that tastes like it's from a fine seafood restaurant!

I wanted a new salmon recipe to try out on my family. I will just say I had no left overs. Even my kids who are not big fish eaters ate this and just loved it! I did use more parmesan cheese and the bread was not chopped as small as the recipe called for. I also comined the butter and lemon juice to coat the fish. Because I used more ingredients to encrust the fillet(I am sure more than the recipe called for) my fish took a little longer to bake. Salmon came out moist and plenty of flavor. I will be making this again, in fact making this week!

The salmon turned out a little dry, but I put some lemon juice on it and the side-dish helped as well. I cook a lot of salmon and this recipe was a good change of pace from my usual one--thank you.

I love salmon and this was a good recipe. The only reason why I am giving this 4 spoons is because the fish came out a bit dry. I am going to stuff some butter into the middle of salmon pieces. But overall, I made this with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Good combo.

This is probably the best salmon recipe I have ever tried! My husband said it was "the best salmon he has ever had." I served it with roasted asparagus and roasted baby red potatoes....amazingly delicious!

WOW!! My husband and I are South Asian and are very picky eaters, but this fish rocked us!! I used a whole fresh squeezed lemon and substituted thyme for crushed red peppers. I also cut 2 potatoes into very thin fries and set them around the salmon in the pan so they baked together. When I read it was like a restaurant dinner, I didnt believe it, but it really is that good. The fresh bread crumbs tasted so good, no way I am going back to the canned kind. Start to finish - 30 mins. WOW!!

This was an amazing recipe! I followed it word-for-word (which I rarely do), added some red pepper flakes for spice, and it turned out beautifully! I would recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys seafood. :)
