I just got through making this and it's beautiful! We always have "kids" (25+ :) ) stop by on the weekends so I like to make a large dessert, especially since they say Hey Becky and go straight to the fridge or the warming drawer! A little labor intense, but not all that bad,I drug up a stool, plopped in front of the sink and went to cutting. I always cut my canteloupe and watermelon and put in containers when I bring them home, so the canteloup was basically ready! We're not crazy about honeydew, so for the green I diced kiwi's! The lime dressing is so good I thought about saving some out to dip the fresh berries I got at the local farmers market today into! This looks divine, as I said the cream is wonderful and I have a nice treat for the whole weekend! Hurrah!

This sounds great, I definitely think I'll make this as a healthy desert alternative for parties / family events! However, I think I might try making the lime dressing by mixing Greek yogurt & the limeade concentrate together instead and omit adding the extra sugar & fat from the creams.

My daughter and I are doing Weight Watchers and this is a great dessert that makes you feel like you cheated and you did not. I made it with fat free cream cheese and light whip cream and it was delicious and only 1Pt on WW. I was thinking the sauce would be great frozen in popsicles.

Made this for the 4th of July and it was a hit! For the va-va-voom effect I layered it in a very tall glass vase and topped it with mint leaves. It was beautiful. Hard to get out but, beautiful. :-)

I made this for an office party, I substituted fresh pineapples for the mangoes, I lined the bottom of the dish w/whip cream, I replaced the whipping cream w/whip cream, instead of the Lime Dressing I used Key Lime Yogurt Mousse. Squeezed out some lime juice on top the the whipcream and topped it w/ sliced limes. Gonna try it again and up it a notch.

Made this dressing for 4th of July barbeque, was quick to make and great for fruit salad. I liked that it was not overly sweet and made a great summer dessert.

i had to substitute cool whip for the whipping cream, still turned out terrific!!! our new family favorite! love the lime in the topping! i think this topping would be great in many recipes including topping cakes/cupcakes...but definitely healthier w/ fruit...(this is one of those recipes you really want a nice large clear glass bowl)
