I made this for my office christmas party last week. Everyone loved it and I am now handing out the recipe to everyone. This was the first time I used a springform pan for a cheesecake. My other fave cheesecake recipes call for a 13 x 9 pan. The recipe was easy to follow and soooo yummy. I will be making this again for our christmas gathering.

I have never made a cheesecake before, this one is fabulous! And I don't like cheesecake, I made if for my family for Thanksgiving! It was time consuming, but easy to make. Super creamy and yummy, I highly recommend it.

I was really disappointed with this recipe! I followed it to a T and it didn't come out right at all. the edges got cooked fully but did not taste good at all. I don't know if it is the high altitude or what.

This was so easy to make and so yummy! It came out of the oven just beautiful. The gingersnap crust was a very tasty compliment to the cheesecake and pumpkin flavors. It was a big hit at Thanksgiving!

Made this for our family Thanksgiving this year and it was fantastic! The flavor is perfect, especially with the gingersnap cookie crust. So good! Mine didn't set properly in the middle, so next time I will bake it 20-30 minutes longer. But otherwise the recipe is perfect. Delish!!!

This Cheesecake was OUTSTANDING!!! I made it for Thanksgiving and it was gone within 5 mins of being on the table. My mother-in-law has already put in her request for me to make this again for Christmas. Very easy and soo delicious. I did find i had a little trouble crushing the gingersnaps due to they are such a hard cookie as is. But its worth the time to do it because the gingersnap crust adds so much flavor to the cheesecake!

I have never written a review, but I feel I should on this Cheesecake. I made it this Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Truly delicious and easy to make. I do not like gingersnap so I used graham crackers instead. I was asked to make it again for the Holidays. You will not be disappointed!
