These turned out amazing. I would've liked for there to be more of the chocolate topping. Everything else was perfect. I also topped the bars off with chopped peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips!

Quick and easy, but VERY sweet so cut small pieces. I whipped the peanut butter filling until the color lightened. Very fluffy and light. I also added 1 t. of vanilla to deepen the taste. My only complaint is that this recipe does not make enough chocolate topping and it was a little difficult to spread.

My son loves anything with chocolate/pb combo so I made these and he went crazy on them! Everyone who tried them loved them. SOOOO easy to make, the only gripe I had is the chocolate topping didnt cut smoothly so it wasn't as neat as the picture but they tasted amazing, so who cares?! lol

These bars are so amazingly yummy! I made several batches of them for a dessert auction awhile ago, and people just raved about them! "Much better than a Reese's peanut butter cup!", they said! :)

I LOVE these Peanut Butter Bars. I keep several bags of Betty Crocker cookie mix on hand so when someone ask for dessert for potluck or I need a treat for school, I can make them. I just made another batch last night for my daughter to take to school because one of her classmates requested them for their party.

I made these bars for a Christmas Office Party and EVERYONE loved them! They immediately wanted the recipe. Sort of like a Reese cup, but better! Fabulous!!
