AWESOME!!!! this is the 3rd recipe we've tried and every time it tops the last, way to go betty crocker! The picture does it no justice,looks and smells amazing in person.
I used "jenandrick"'s idea by adding some sauteed onions (I hate mushrooms), the sauce is so cremy and coats the beef excellent. I paired it with a 2005 three blind moose , merlot and WOW! is all I can say. what a great pairing......
I think I'm going to toast some extra bread crumbs on the side and dump extra on after its plated (kinda like parm cheese....yummm!)
