This was very, very good! I subbed cottage cheese for ricotta and also used whole wheat noodles. I didn't end up needing two alfredos, more like 1 1/4. Will make again!

This is the most AMAZING lasagna recipe ever. I tweaked a few ingredients to make it a little healthier and added spinach and sundried tomato alfredo, it was the perfect dinner. My leftovers never get eaten... but this was gone quicker then i could clean the kitchen =)

I made this dish following the intructions given for my family of six (4 children age range 15 to 4 yrs). It was a total hit, most of us going back for seconds. I have never seen my whole family eat a dinner based on veggies. Another plus was it was not exspensive and made plenty for a large family.

i cooked this for the first time today, and i must say it was a delightful meal. it was easy to cook and my boyfriend really enjoyed it. it was surprising to him that no meat was involved! GREAT MEAL!

I keep children for a family with all boys, ages 1, 4, & 6. The family needed a new supper idea. I came online and found this one . The entire family loved it! The kids even want to know how to make it!:)

I needed to find different lasagna recipes for when my grandfather passed away. I was making food for 35 to 40 people. I did not want to have just the traditional kind. I got on the internet and found this recipe. I made it and got so many good comments. A couple people asked if I would make it for other family functions. It was great.
