cups uncooked mini lasagna (mafalda) noodles (8 ounces)
jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce
can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
Heat oven to 350º. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in ungreased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add 1 pound cooked ground turkey with remaining ingredients in step 2. Continue as directed.
