Patties

lb lean ground lamb

cups soft bread crumbs

cup dry red wine or vegetable broth

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled

small cloves garlic, finely chopped
Sauce

medium kiwifruit, peeled, mashed (1/2 cup)

tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves, crumbled

tablespoon sugar

tablespoon lime juice
  1. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all patty ingredients until well blended. Shape into 8 patties, about 1 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
  2. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
  3. In medium bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve lamb patties with sauce.
