lb lean ground lamb

cup dry red wine or vegetable broth

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled

Sauce

medium kiwifruit, peeled, mashed (1/2 cup)

tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves, crumbled

tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all patty ingredients until well blended. Shape into 8 patties, about 1 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
  • 2 Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
  • 3 In medium bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve lamb patties with sauce.
