I'm not a big fan of lamb, but I found this dish to be delicous. Easily one of my favorite meals and so easy and quick to prepare. Great for the whole family. This is a complete meal in itself or it can be served with a salad. Recipe really makes the perfect amount for 4 people.

My grocery store was out of lamb so I used ground veal. My entire family loved it and my picky 3 year old couldn''t get enough of it!!

I am not to happy with eatin lamb but my fiance cooked it and I ate it and I loved it. I suggest on everyone to try it once, even if you dont eat lamb just try it.
