Fresh mango and lactose free yogurt are a wonderful take on an Indian yogurt drink.
cups chopped mango
cup original-flavored soymilk
containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Lactose Free peach yogurt
In blender, place all ingredients except ginger. Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into 4 glasses; top with ginger. Serve immediately.
