Ingredients

1: pkg elbow noodles

1: lb. ground beef

1: jar ragu sauce (any flavor)

1: 2 cup pkg. colby and jack shredded cheese

1: 11 x 13 glass baking pan

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stove top: Boil your noodles according to package directions. While the water is boiling, go on to step two.
2 Brown your ground beef. Drain. Break into tiny pieces using a whisk. I pound it down with the head of my whisk.
3 Drain your noodles.
4 Pour your beef and noodles into your glass pan. Pour your Ragu over the meat and noodles. Mix well. Spread out. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over your dish.
5 Bake uncovered for about 30 to 35 minutes.
6 Remove from oven, allowing 5 minutes to cool.
7 Dig IN!!!!!! It's eating time!!!! :)

Mushrooms and black olives are a great addition to this meal. I cut them out now that we have kids who don't want to touch them. Funny, Goulash is actually their favorite dinner! :)
