Ingredients

cup water
1
cup flour
1
egg, beaten
1
bunch green onions, chopped
1/2
teaspoon salt
3
tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 Whisk flour into water until smooth. Stir in egg.
  • 2 Stir in green onions and salt.
  • 3 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until drop of batter sizzles in pan. Add 1/2 cup of batter and swirl pan to create pancake about 1/4-inch thick. Cook until light golden brown on the bottom. Flip and cook until light golden brown. Continue with remaining batter, adding oil as needed to keep pancakes from sticking and to create a somewhat crispy surface.
  • 4 Slice pancakes into wedges or bite-size squares. Serve with Korean dipping sauce or soy sauce.
