  1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare 2 round cake pans.
  2. Stir instant coffee into 1/2 a cup of the pre-made coffee. Mix together cake mix (according to box), yogurt, eggs, oil, & coffee mixture, beat on low 30 seconds. Increase speed & beat for 2 mins. Add choc chips. Divide batter between pans. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool 30 mins, remove from pans, cool completely.
  3. In a saucepan heat butter stirring occasionaly till lightly golden. Pour into container; refrigerate till solid. Beat butter, sugar, 1/2 cup of the pre-made coffee & vanilaa till fluffy, adding more coffee if needed. Frost cake, garnish with orchids, if desired.
