Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
  • 6 teaspoons crème de cassis

Steps

    In each of 4 flute (champagne) or martini glasses, pour 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis.
  • 2
    Fill each glass with sparkling wine. Serve.

  • tip 1
    For a sweeter drink, add an additional 1/2 teaspoon of crème de cassis, or to make the drink slightly less sweet, only add 1 teaspoon to each glass.

    Garnish each glass with fresh raspberries, orange peel or fresh blackberries to make the drink extra special.
