Kimchi is a Korean condiment made of a combination of vegetables (usually cabbage, carrots, radishes, turnips and/or green onions) that are pickled and flavored with spices such as garlic and ginger. Look for it in Asian markets and natural food stores, usually in jars in the refrigerated section.
Serve this relish on hot dogs with hot mustard. Brush the mustard on the hot dogs just before removing from the grill. Drizzle with a little Sriracha sauce for a truly “hot” dog!
