Ingredients

1/2: kielbasa (diced)

2: medium potatoes (diced)

1: stalk celery (diced)

1: medium carrot (diced)

1/4: cup onion (diced)

1: small clove garlic (minced)

2: cups milk

1/2: cup shreeded cheddar cheese (or more to taste)

2: teaspoons white vinegar

1/2: cup instant potatoes

1: cup Bisquick mix

1/4: cup mozzarella cheese

1/4: cup parmesan cheese

1/2: cup milk

1: large egg

Directions

1 Preheat oven to about 400
2 In medium sauce pan brown kielbasa and add diced potatoes, celery, carrot and onion. Sautee ingredients until onion is a bit transparent. Then add garlic and sautee for about 2 min. Add milk, cheddar and vinegar and heat until it starts to boil, stir frequently. Add instant mashed potatoes, as thickener, or make a starch and cold water mixture, and heat until it has a stew-like texture.
3 Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and set aside.
4 Pour kielbasa mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish and spread out evenly. Pour biscuit mixture over the top evenly and bake for roughly 20min. Let rest for about 5min and serve.

You can add spices such as garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the kielbasa mixture to add something extra and a touch of salt to the biscuit topping is good as well, enjoy. Add cheese to taste.

I tried very new flavor. It had a lot of flavor and biscuit topping test is amazing. My family loved it! I am planning to make it again on this Sunday
