Not a favorite. Have to say we couldn't find potatoe wedges and I substituted sweet potato rounds. Flavor was good, but there are better recipes out there.

It works better if you use what my gram used to call lianiased potatoes - fresh sliced potatoes that layer with shredded cheese (your choice of cheese - we used cheddar or a mexican blend); about a cup of chopped red or yellow onion; about a cup each of frozen green giant corn and string beans each. Pour 1 - 1-1/2 cup of milk half way up the casserole dish. Pop in the microwave oven for 20 minutes. Then pop into a 375 degree oven with sliced kielbasa on top for 20 minutes. Last 5 minutes turn on broiler and brown the kielbasa. Yum-o!

It was a good idea but not a good combination. Not a big hit at my house. Next time I will use fresh broccoli and Au Gratin potatoes. It will probably go better that way.
