I'm from Florida and had good Key Lime pie. These are very good. They have a good balance of sweet from the frosting and tart from the glaze. These are much better than ones I've had from our local cupcakery, which makes really good cupcakes. A must try if you like Key Lime.

I'm pretty stingy with my 5 spoons but these cupcakes are completely deserving! I made these and some chocolate-peanut butter cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party, fully expecting the chocolate-PB ones to be the big hit. However, these were so delicious, the majority of my guests liked these best. A Brightly flavored, perfect cupcake.

I loved these cupcakes. The lime taste is so refreshing, I made mini muffins and regular size cup cakes, everybody loved them. I mixed some lime juice and zest into vanilla frosting. Yum.

This is a great fast way to make a yummy key lime cake. I klove the coconut key lime mix of flavors so I stir in about 3/4 cup coconut and use a seven minute frosting with just a touh of fresh grated lime peel and coconut on top.

WOW! was I ever pleased with these cupcakes!! They are so easy to make and the best ever! I think the glaze really adds the tartness of the key lime and the frosting with the cream cheese really added a great taste. The baking time was perfect as they were very moist. I am going to make this recipe soon as a cake and see how that works. Thanks for a wonderful cupcake that needs no changing!! PS would anybody do anything different if making into a cake?

I made these the day after I found the recipe. I just couldn't resist, they looked SO good! I was NOT disappointed. I followed other reviews and mixed the jello into hot water first. I also added more lime juice than called for in the glaze because it didn't seem thin enough, and I added True Lime (powdered lime) to the frosting. I gave some to my mom and two neighbors, who all said they were great. One neighbor even asked for the recipe. I'm planning on making them again tomorrow for a party. That would be twice in less than a week!
