Family loved this recipe. We didn't have lime juice so substituted lemon juice and they were delicious. Thanks!

I've been making these for a while and for some reason, they have not been rising recently. I am following the recipe just like I always have, any ideas why this could be happening?

OMG! I just made these for a girls night out party for my friends. At first the cupcake just seemed okay until the key lime flavor hit me like an explosion in my mouth! It was delicious! And I am not a big fan of Key limes but I love this. I swirled the icing on and then frosted and grated lime zest on top. My friends will never know what hit them tomorrow night! Awesome recipe!

i can not make enough of these! every time i make them they are gone so quickly! this is by far the best cupcake ever! if you are a key lime pie lover you will LOVE these! do not let the color green scare you away. key limes are yellow- i know, but it is the lime jello in the recipe that makes it turn green. you can't help that, the lime jello helps with the flavor! i use key lime juice from Florida!

I made these for my husband's birthday. He loves key lime pie, and I am not a fan, so this was my "compromise." They were AWESOME and I took the leftovers in to work and everyone there loved them, too. I cheated and bought the cream cheese frosting, but otherwise followed the directions. The kids didn't like it, but I didn't actually make these for them (for once!).

I'm from Florida and had good Key Lime pie. These are very good. They have a good balance of sweet from the frosting and tart from the glaze. These are much better than ones I've had from our local cupcakery, which makes really good cupcakes. A must try if you like Key Lime.

I'm pretty stingy with my 5 spoons but these cupcakes are completely deserving! I made these and some chocolate-peanut butter cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party, fully expecting the chocolate-PB ones to be the big hit. However, these were so delicious, the majority of my guests liked these best. A Brightly flavored, perfect cupcake.

I loved these cupcakes. The lime taste is so refreshing, I made mini muffins and regular size cup cakes, everybody loved them. I mixed some lime juice and zest into vanilla frosting. Yum.
