This is a great cake! Tinkerbell, you must not be able to follow a recipe or your measuring is inaccurate. Who would not love this cake that loves Key Lime Pie? Love the crumb mixture going through the middle when sliced. I will make this cake many times! Yummy, beautiful, and moist!

I love Key Lime pie and had to give it a go with this one. It was easy to make and friends/co-workers loved it when I brought this in to work. If you like Key Lime Pie's give it a go...

I would not make this cake again. It is a heavy , dense cake with very little flavor. I even added extra lime juice and could barely taste it. The graham cracker crumbs on the top stick and burn when you bake the cake the specified time. I was very disappointed, lime and coconut are 2 of my favorite flavors and this cake does NOT deliver.
