No-bake and super easy! A creamy sweet-tart lime filling goes in pre-baked mini fillo shells and gets topped-off with a rich chocolate ganache and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.

ounces (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened

cup powdered sugar

teaspoons Key lime juice or fresh lime juice

teaspoon grated lime peel

package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo shells (15 shells)

tablespoons dark or semisweet chocolate chips

tablespoon whipping (heavy) cream
2
teaspoons graham cracker crumbs

thin slices lime, cut into individual tiny wedge sections, if desired
  1. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lime juice and 3/4 teaspoon of the lime peel with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill each fillo shell with 2 teaspoons cheesecake filling; refrigerate while making ganache.
  3. In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and cream on High setting for 15 to 30 seconds, stirring once halfway through cooking, until chocolate is melted. Stir until mixture is creamy and smooth. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Spoon scant 1/2 teaspoon ganache over each tart; sprinkle each with 1/8 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs and remaining lime peel. Arrange lime wedge at edge of ganache.
  4. Serve immediately. Or, to make ahead, prepare tarts through step 2. Cover loosely and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Twenty minutes before serving time, make ganache and top tarts as directed in step 3.
