My husband is glteun free and I am not and I am often disappointed in the taste of certain glteun free products. Carol's flour blend and her recipes are amazing and you can't even tell that you are eating glteun free! The cheesecake recipe is AMAZING best cheesecake I have EVER had EVER. Such a good selection of dessert recipes, I have no reason to ever bake with glteun again!

Kind of hard to do, but once you get used to it, and make sure you have the right ingredients and stuff, I'm sure it will be easy. Thank you guys at Betty Crocker Kitchen! (Any cupcake mix will do ;)

Okay so these look really cute to make for my son's 4th bday party, but am wondering what everyone used for the chocolate candy-coated baking bits and where they got the non-sugared, orange fruit flavored gum drops for the tiger?? Thanks in advance!

It might seem like decorating them takes a long time. But TRUST ME, the look on the kids faces are TOTALLY worth it! I made these for my son's birthday at school and for his birthday party and they are definately winners! It's pretty easy to create new ones too. For my son's birthday party, instead of zebras I made pandas, turns out some kids aren't fans of black licorice flavored jelly beans ;) These cupcakes are AMAZING!

I made these for my daughters Ava's birthday in Dec. 2009for her and her classmantes and they loved them! They turned out perfect! I made the Lions only today for her class as she is celebrating her 11th Birthday! Such a big hit with her and friends! In addition, I made for tonight the Birthday Panda Bear Cake and turned our so cute! Happy Holidays, Jacqueline G. Logan Ava Logan

I have been looking for some extras for children who will be attending a co-ed baby shower that family will be able to attend with the whole family. The theme is a monkey sort of safari theme and these cupcakes are perfect for the pint-size attendents. They are so cute and seem so easy to make. Thank you so much for this great idea, I absolutely love it!!!

I made these for my son's 4th birthday safari party and they were a hit! I would say the tiger was the hardest, but they were all fun to make. They are definitely time consuming, but they are worth the ooohs and aaaaahs. They taste good too.
