Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl stir cookie mixes, butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter pieces and walnuts.
  • 2
On large ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls about 2-inches apart. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • 3
Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two of these delicious cookies and make the best ice cream sandwiches you’ve ever had! Make a couple extra ice cream sandwiches and stick them in the freezer, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap to enjoy another day.
  • If using 20% more cookie mix, add 2 tablespoons of water to the large bowl of cookie mixes, butter and eggs.
  • Bake these cookies more evenly by keeping the dough balls the same size! We love using a cookie scoop to keep them uniform, but an ice cream scoop will work as well.
  • Try one of our other delicious cookie recipes that call for delicious and easy-to-use Betty Crocker™ cookie mix. We love this recipe for Easy Monster Cookies that also uses two packages of cookie mixes!
