Judy's Favorite Lasagna
Best Lasagna Ever
teaspoons Italian season
teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
6ounce tomato paste
16ounce tomato sauce
8ounce mild cheddar cheese(shedded)
8ounce mozzarella cheese(shredded)
Brown hamburger meat,& Onion, drain off grease.
Add to browned meat. Tomato sauce,tomato paste,water,italian season,basil,oregano,garlic powder,salt & pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes.
while meat mixture is simmering, cook noddles about 8 minutes,(dont over cook, they will finish in oven)
heat oven to 350 degrease.
In 9 by 12 baking dish, spread some of the meat mixture on bottom of pan. layer half of noddles,top with half meat mixture, half of cheddar,& mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. layer again noddles, meat mixture, & cheeses,ending with parmesan cheese on top.(the more cheese the better)
Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 mintues, or untill cheese is slightly brown.(dont over cook )
