pound hamburger

medium onion

teaspoons Italian season

teaspoons basil
2
teaspoons oregano
1
teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

6ounce tomato paste
1
16ounce tomato sauce
water
1
8ounce mild cheddar cheese(shedded)
1
8ounce mozzarella cheese(shredded)
lasagna noddles
parmesan cheese
  1. Brown hamburger meat,& Onion, drain off grease.
  2. Add to browned meat. Tomato sauce,tomato paste,water,italian season,basil,oregano,garlic powder,salt & pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes.
  3. while meat mixture is simmering, cook noddles about 8 minutes,(dont over cook, they will finish in oven)
  4. heat oven to 350 degrease.
  5. In 9 by 12 baking dish, spread some of the meat mixture on bottom of pan. layer half of noddles,top with half meat mixture, half of cheddar,& mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. layer again noddles, meat mixture, & cheeses,ending with parmesan cheese on top.(the more cheese the better)
  6. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 mintues, or untill cheese is slightly brown.(dont over cook )
