“This is a delicious alternative to high-fat fruit dips made with whipping cream. The yogurt mixture is great in the fall with crisp, tart apples—instead of dipping those apples in caramel.” Cindy L.
A Note from Dr. B.:
Research hasn’t yet defined the role stress plays in the development of heart disease, but we know that individuals respond differently to stressful situations. Try to keep your stress level in check by participating in activities you enjoy and that are relaxing, like reading a book, gardening, writing in a journal, talking with a friend or anything that makes you feel good.
