wonderful recipe..i have served to company and taken it to parties and it is a big hit...two things, though....i cut the chicken into pieces...personal preference....also, i par boil the sweet potatoes, otherwise they are too hard or take to long to get tender...hope this helps someone....

I hate to disagree with everyone else, but I was terribly disappointed with this recipe. The honey lime glaze was the strangest combination of flavors -- which did not blend well. I love trying new recipes, and most are a hit; but this was an epic failure. We ended up ordering pizza. :(

I fixed this for dinner last night and my wife loved it. It was very tastey. I used 2 boneless skinless breast instead of the thighs. (personal choice) I cut the sweet potatoes into smaller pieces and would cook the cassarole for an additionl 10 minutes. Will surely make this dish again.

This is a very good dish. Husband really liked the flavors on this meal. I don't really like beans, but in this dish, the sauce poured over the chicken and beans, makes such a nice flavor, that I even like the beans this way. Will be making again!

An interesting mix of flavors. So delicious! I cut my sweet potatoes in smaller chunks and they were nice & tender in the cooking time recommended in the recipe.

This is a great dinner dish. My husband and I loved it. I don't even like beans that much, but the sauce softened the beans and made them taste so good. The only thing I will do differently is to double the sauce.

I want to make this reciepe with chicken legs, how long should they cook and also how long should I cook the sweet potatoes before putting it in the casserole since they take longer to cook?

We loved this! Next time I will double the honey sauce, I used thighs and breast. Be sure to cut the potato up in small bits. I also didn't use the pumpkin pie spice. Will be making again, it was very easy to assemble.

Absolutely delicious. Really recommend cooking the sweet potatoes ahead of time. After 50 minutes in the oven, still had to cook them 13 minutes in the microwave to get them tender. Other than that, the flavors and everything is great!
