I just finish surprising my mom with dinner! I made all by myself! She loved it I made her this delicious italian-style dish w/t Fresh garlic butter breadsticks and her fav.red wine!

This was fabulous! Very easy to prepare and everyone loved it. I added a few more vegetables, but other than that, I just followed the recipe and it was great.

Thank you for our monday supper. Husband & I loved it. Threw in a few extras from the veggi drawer. More carrots, couple handfuls of green beans, heaping tsp of bottled garlic can't remember what else cauliflower. Thanks again. Get tired of going thru cookbooks, more fun to look on line.
