we were not to pleased with this recipe the meat was very tough especially for a sandwhich it just made it almost impossible to eat we wont be making this again

The flavor was great!!! I loved the pesto and all. I was not crazy about the type of meat they recommended. It was very difficult to chew- especially when it''s on a bun. My husband thinks that you wouldn''t get the same flavor if you went to ground beef but I''d be willing to sacrifice some flavor for ease of eating. You have to make this! Just don''t use the steak they recommend, something more tender would make it a 5!
