package (10 oz) fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and patted dry
package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
can (19 oz) Progresso™ chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
cup Betty Crocker™ Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits or chips
cup seasoned croutons
cup Italian dressing
In large salad bowl, toss all ingredients except dressing. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
Crusty dinner rolls or dark crusty bread makes a great idea to serve with salad.
Cannellini beans would be a good stand-in for the chickpeas.
