If you like seafood you'll love this dish! I live in the midwest so fresh seafood is hard to find, so I used frozen mussells and a can of clams. I also substituted ocean perch for the cod. I almost skipped the basil pesto and bread but I'm sure glad I didn't! It was the bomb! But again, I didn't have fresh basil so I used dry,( 8 teaspoons dry = 2 cups fresh). You could probably use oysters in it too. I thought I might try adding a little pasta to it as well, maybe then I'll have left overs! My family loved all of it, we'll definetly have this one again and again and again!
