Warm and hearty! This rich Italian soup combines sausage, broccoli, tomatoes and, best of all, pasta.

Not a review at this point. Just would like to know what one serving is in measurement. I cook law cal soups only, and tho' 230 cals don't seem too bad, it depends how much one serving is. Anyone know? Thanks

My husband isn't a big soup eater, but he loved this. I used sliced bratwurst, left out the fennel and added some fresh spinach I had on hand. I also cooked radiatori separately, and added it and the broccoli at the end, after cooking the soup for an hour.

Definitely hearty - a meal in itself. I like this alot. I added some sugar and salt, and omitted the fennel.

We really love this soup. I've made it several times now and last time I crumbled the sausage instead of slicing it, and substituted zucchini for the broccoli. I also prefer the crushed tomatoes. Just delicious!

I have made this soup several times and each time it got great reviews. The first time I made it didn't have whole tomatoes so I used crushed tomatoes. It had a stronger taste but it was still delicious. I have since made it with bratwurst and have used drained and rinsed garbanzo beans. Also, I do not add the pasta to the soup I precook it - the soup doesn't get too thick that way. My family loved it when I made home made spaetzle and added them at the end.

This soup is delicious. I have shared the recipe with the ladies in the office and everyone who has either made or tasted it loves it. I have used the brocolli and another time I used a can of drained and rinsed garbanzo beans. It is definitely a keeper.

This soup is DELICIOUS! It will become a family favorite. A few changes...did add garlic & Italian seasoning at the beginning, used chicken broth instead of the water and diced tomatoes instead of whole ones, held the broccoli out and added at the very end. Also cooked the noodles and put into the bowls, put the soup over them. I cooked it for several hours because I had the time to do so. It's beautiful and delicious. Grated cheese and breadsticks with salad made a wonderful meal! Definite do-again!
