Sounds great! I am making this soon, but I have a few questions...If not cooking the noodles and adding milk and cooking longer as Steja said, how much milk do you add? Are the noodles still soft? Also if adding spinach or other vegies like sharonj suggested, how much? frozen or fresh? I am new to cooking still so have to follow recipes to the t so I know what to do and get. Thanks! love this site!

This was my first time making lasagna and it came out great. Now there is another thing I can add to my recipe. The hubby loves it as well..

Made this last night (with homemade italian sausage) and it was awesome. Thanks!!! For all of those that want to make this with uncooked lasagna noodles (which is what i did), just add some milk to the ricotta cheese to make it more fluid and let the lasagna cook covered for 10 minutes longer than it says in the recipe.

An excellent basic lasagna. It is very easy to make and, of course, easy to add any extra vegetables you may like (had to have spinach in mine). This recipe is definitely a keeper.

This is the first lasagna recipe I ever tried, now I make it all the time! My husband and his family absolutely love it! I use minced chicken for the meat part, and add an egg and some spinach to the cheese mixture. So yummy.

This was one of the easiest recipes and was very good. I added some mushrooms and used sausage and ground beef. Been trying to come up with different meals this was a good change. Thanks Betty!

This was a great recipe. My picky 5 year old daughter asked for seconds and ate it leftover. I did half sausage and half ground sirloin. I also added an egg to the ricotta mixture. We are making this again next week.

Great dinner item! I used Beef and Sausage and it turned out amazing. Kids loves them always asking for more. Never any leftover! Much better than store bought frozen lasagna.
