My husband and I LOVE this lasagna, I will never go back to the frozen stuff! I used turkey italian sausage which is 98% fat free and it was wonderful, other than that I made it just like the recipe. It was worth the work to make.

I made this last night and it was excellent. I neglected to read the reviews prior to making it and agree that you do need to make 1 1/2 times the sauce. I doubled almost everything and added 2 tbs sugar to the sauce & 2 tbs to the cheese. I did'nt have fresh parsley so I used 1 1/2 dried. Also instead of using plain tomatoe sauce i used roast garlic & onion. There is a lot of prep for this dish but it was well worth it.

This dish is fine if you are watching calories and need the lighter version but for the average person this dish is not hearty enough that you would expect from a lasagna. Also, without the actual sauce, to me, it tastes kind of bland like a watered down version of the real thing. Don''t get me wrong, this dish is worth trying but just not for me.

Oh my god, what a best lasagne, wonderful recipe. I made it last night, and I followed the instruction step by step, very easy, and the amount is just what I except. Oh,I use turkey sauage (low fat, healthy),my husband not even know the different. And I use 12x8 baking dish instead make it even better, 13x9 is too big. Try it(Highly recommand), you and your family will like it.

I tried this recipe, and used uncooked lasagna noodles as told. The noodles never cooked properly. Most were not edible. Also, the size pan suggested, 13 x 9, was too big for the recipe. There was not enough cheese. The whole recipe was very disappointing.

This is a very simple and delicious recipe. I also make a variation by using 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 italian sausage. It is a family favorite. I serve with green salad and lite italian dressing. A great and easy meal!

I added a little kick to this recipe by substituting Ro-Tel tomatoes for the Progresso. I also drained the cottage cheese in a cheesecloth lined colander before using. The first time I didn''t drain the cottage cheese and the dish was too watery.
