This was so easy and had a tasty but not overpowering flavor - almost like a porchetta. I added some water to the pan and two quartered potatoes suggested by another reviewer. I cooked some zucchini and had a "special" dinner with no fuss.

Absolutely Incredible!!! Afraid that I would loose juices by making slits in the pork, I added some olive oil to the rosemary and garlic mixture and rubbed the pork with it. Then I seared the pork on all sides in a dutch oven, giving it a beautiful crust. I also quartered a couple red potatoes, coated them with the left over mixture and roasted them around the pork.

This roast was good. I used a tablespoon of fresh rosemary and 4 garlic cloves. In addition to melting butter in the pan, I took the advice of a previous poster and added vegetable stock to the pan. My roast was just under 2 1/2 lbs. I cooked it about an hour and 20 minutes. It was very juicy.

this roast was super easy to make and very flavorful! The one thing I did since my guys dont care for bits of garlic is to use the salt to rub the garlic and rosemary into a kind of paste and just used that down in the roast. It was YUMMY! Simple recipe but a keeper!

This roast was WONDERFUL! I was so shocked that I could make something so good and it was so very easy. I took some liberties with the seasoning and added more garlic than was called for but then again my roast was bigger than the recipe state. This one is a keeper for sure!!

The flavor was really good. Although it was a little dry. So I am thinking that next time I might add a little vegetable stock or water into the roasting pan to add some moisture.

I made this with 2 pork loins pretty much exactly as directed in the recipe. I grilled them with indirect heat on our gas grill. They were delicious right off the grill but as they cooled they didn''t taste quite finished. I think next time I might try cooking them a little longer.

I made a recipe based on these ingredients with 2 pork loin on the grill. ( I added a little Moore''s sauce) I heated the grill to about 400 degrees then cut off the burner on the side I put the pork on, and cooked for about 40 minutes, turning the pork 1 time. It melted in our mouths!
