I loved this recipe. You can bake it. Pre heat oven to 350. Melt about 3 tbs of butter in the pan, Coat pork chops as directed, and bake for about 30-40 mins.

I cooked these up about 30 minutes ago and have to say they tasted awesome! I think the cooking temp is an issue. I had mine on just above medium and they ended up burning a little before I needed to turn over. When they say "be careful turning over", they're not kidding. I had one pork chop that was almost skinned just from turning it. Overall they came out amazing, just gotta watch the temp.

Just tried this...the first 5 min. on med/hi heat was too much. The breading burnt & stuck to the pan when I picked them up with tongs to turn over. I reduced the heat to low after 3 min. The end result...tender, juicy but tasteless chops with few scattered pieces of burnt breading on 1 side. I might give this 1 more try on low heat altogether...hoping it'll turn out better.

it came out great! only one problem i had my local store did not have garlic herb breadcrumbs (didn't feel like making another stop for just that one ingredient lol) so i added 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder to the plain breadcrumbs that i bought. add less if you want =) I will make this again

This is a wonderful recipe. It's easy & taste great. I will never go back to regular pork chops. The only thing I changed was I use Itialian Bread Crumbs instead of the Garlic & Herb.

I seasoned the pork with salt and pepper prior to dredging in the bisquick as well as added parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs to add additional flavor. It crisped up nicely and had great flavor. My entire family thought it was delicious. A keeper!!!
