I liked it but it didn't taste much like pizza. Hubby didn't like it at all. It was very easy to make.

I have recently joined weight watchers and I am constantly looking for yummy recipes I can tweek to make healthier. I didn't do anything to this recipe, it was soooo good. The only small changes I made was.... I added red pepper flakes to the dough, I added mushrooms and olives, and used Mrs.Dash no-salt seasoning instead of italian AND it's only 7points points per serving. YAY!!!!

I have tried this once was a friend that made it and it is very good. I'd add some peppers, mushrooms maybe some pizza sauce. I was wondering about making it in a 9x13 pan that should work also? Double the recipe?

I also doubled the dough recipe and used an 8x8 pan, the size was great for a few leftovers. I spooned pizza sauce on top of the dough and then spooned the chx and veggie mixture, topped it off with mozzarella cheese and added some turkey pepperoni on top. It was delicious! Will totally make it again.

30 years ago there was a $10,000 prize winning recipe in the newspaper. One of the mandatory ingredients was Bisquick. The recipe called for boiling and deboning a whole chicken. There were about 10 ingredients, and from start to finish the recipe took close to 3 hours. I could only imagine how great a $10,000 prize winning recipe was going to be, especially after all those ingredients and work. When it was finally done, it turned out to be a lame version of chicken pizza, only cooked in a bowl rather than layed out flat. It was just awful!!! This latest variation on chicken pizza is similar but different. Certainly not different enough. I wouldn't make this recipe under any circumstances. The real issue is not eating pizza more than once a week, if that, and getting a real pizza that you know from experience is going to be really good.

I made this and doubled the recipe to fit it in an 8x8 pan and have some for lunches the next few days... Instead of chicken I ended up making a vegetarian version by substituting it with 3 veggie dogs all sliced up and cooked in the pan with the onions, peppers, tomatoes, Italian seasonings.... This bake was VERY delicious, shouldn't be called a pizza though, just maybe an Italian bake? I will make this again next time adding more garlic too :)

I doubled the recipe and baked it in an 8x8 pan. I used sweet Italian chicken sausage instead of the plain cooked chicken. Very easy & fast and makes good lunchbox leftovers!

My husband is Diabetic so this recipe was perfect for him. Only uses 1/3 cup Bisquick and tomatoes instead of pizza sauce. That makes this pizza lower in carbs. I added 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed to give it that pizza flavor. My husband really liked it and wants me to make it again. I gave it a 5 rating.

My husband and I love this but I did change it. I made mine in an 8x11 pan (that's all i have) so I made the dough 4x what it said since I do like thick crust and my pan was bigger. I cooked italian sausage and put italian seasoning, garlic powder and dried chopped onions in it. Then mixed the cooked chicken in with it. Then I put some pizza sauce in the meat mixture. I also put italian seasoning and garlic powder in the dough when mixing. Then i put pizza sauce on the dough then spooned the ingredients onto it and put some mozz cheese on top. It was delicious my way. I don't like other veg or I would of done that to nor do I like tomoatoes thats why I used pizza sauce.
