I've come across these a few times when looking for stuff and it just didn't sound good to me. I desperately needed something to make for my kids on short notice so I pulled this out. I added a few things to the recipe and to my surprise, it was outstanding. Really enjoyed this recipe!!

I have looked at this recipe several times in the past year and have wanted to make them. Today was the day. I had everything in my fridge. I wanted pancakes but I didn't want sweet ones. The only changes I made were to add extra cheese and pepperoni. The result was wonderful. My pancakes were bigger so there were only 20 instead of 40. My husband downed 4 before I finished my first! My kids all enjoyed them as well. We spread the pizza sauce on top as if it were syrup. I highly recommend this recipe for something fun and different!
