Kids of all ages love snacking on these little pancakes that you dunk in pizza sauce. They're great for a quick lunch or appetizer.

I've come across these a few times when looking for stuff and it just didn't sound good to me. I desperately needed something to make for my kids on short notice so I pulled this out. I added a few things to the recipe and to my surprise, it was outstanding. Really enjoyed this recipe!!

I have looked at this recipe several times in the past year and have wanted to make them. Today was the day. I had everything in my fridge. I wanted pancakes but I didn't want sweet ones. The only changes I made were to add extra cheese and pepperoni. The result was wonderful. My pancakes were bigger so there were only 20 instead of 40. My husband downed 4 before I finished my first! My kids all enjoyed them as well. We spread the pizza sauce on top as if it were syrup. I highly recommend this recipe for something fun and different!

I loved the idea for the recipe, but I didn't have the ingredients to make it exactly. I pureed together some cherry tomatoes and about half a bag of frozen onion, red, and green pepper mix and added it to the pancake mix and seasoning. They turned out great and all 3 kids loved them. It was super easy and fast!
