This salad is really really tasty. It is quit easy to make and has a lot of flavors that blend well together. You can use Feta Cheese instead of the Asiago Cheese. It gives it a different flavor. But, yet still yummy.... 2 thumbs up!!!!

I substitute black beans for the garbonzo beans and angel hair/very finely shredded Cole slaw mix for the broccoli. It gets rave reviews everywhere I take it!

Absolutely FANTASTIC. The secret is..use the exact ingredients and layered as the recipe says. My sister in law made it and substituted low fat this and low fat that. No comparison!!! I served 6 adults and it was ALL GONE!!! Everyone wanted the recipe.

Tried this for a father's day party. Everyone liked it including my picky father. I shared some with our pastor's family and the pastor called me personally and wanted me to give this recipe to his wife. Super easy to make and it is delicious.

GREAT SALAD! Very easy and quick to prepare. I used a creamy Vidalia Onion dressing instead of Italian--wonderful! Also doubled the Asiago. This salad was a big hit with my family and friends--a keeper!

This is a good recipe. It's fast to put together, nice for large settings (potlucks, picnics). Making it just for the family I left out 4 cups of lettuce and add some tomatoes and almond slivers. Always a hit!

This was very good! Had a lot of nice crunch to it. Just leave yourself plenty of room to toss it a little for serving. I did it in a trifle dish and it looked amazing, but next time I'll use a bigger one to make it easier. It did get a lot of raves for looks and taste.

LOVED IT!!! My husband said "make this a keeper". I didn't tell him I used FAT FREE mayo and light cesar dressing. I would only suggest to make sure the lettuce is super fresh so left overs last as long as the other ingredients.
