Italian Herb Butter Pizza Crust

Brushing the crust with butter and Italian herbs before baking makes this crust delicious!

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

tablespoons butter, softened
1
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix butter, basil and oregano. Spread over dough. Bake 7 minutes; remove from oven.
  • 3 Top partially baked crust with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • 4 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Expert Tips

Italian seasoning can be used in place of the basil and oregano, if you prefer.

If you don't like one of these herbs, you could just use one of them and double the amount of it.
