EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Instead of opening two bags of shredded cheese, you can buy one of the many "pizza-style" shredded cheese blends. Use 1/2 cup to replace the Cheddar and Monterey Jack.

Transform this flatbread into a vegetarian pizza by adding chopped veggies, sliced olives and fresh basil.

Made the mistake of not spreading it out enough and wound up with some thick flatbread! Otherwise was tasty.

I liked the flavor of the flatbread but found it much too dry. I made a half recipe and baked it in a round aluminum pie plate. Maybe someone out there can tell me if I did it wrong?

This was a nice simple recipe, the bread was a bit dry, but I think its meant to be, because it is so thin, the flavor was great!
