Made the mistake of not spreading it out enough and wound up with some thick flatbread! Otherwise was tasty.

I liked the flavor of the flatbread but found it much too dry. I made a half recipe and baked it in a round aluminum pie plate. Maybe someone out there can tell me if I did it wrong?

This was a nice simple recipe, the bread was a bit dry, but I think its meant to be, because it is so thin, the flavor was great!

I have searched and tried flatbread recipes. This was the best!!!! I enjoy the flatbread sandwiches at Quizones and was trying to make something like it at home. I also served it with rigantoni pasta dish and my 15 yr old ate it up.

This was very good. I made it to accompany lasagna. I would definitely make this again.

Simply Amazing! I''ve made these several times and people are always either asking for the recipe or asking that I make them again. Great as breadsticks dipped in marinara.
