I have to agree with pulimom. But I also love Cilantro, so I would be happy with either. I think I will try baking it also.

I wonder if this could be put in the oven and baked like "Shake and Bake" which would cut the fat tremendously. After baking, it could be topped with a small amount of Fat Free Italian Dressing for added flavor.

Recipe is great, but the tip for serving is ridiculous. Cilantro IS NOT an Italian herb!!! Chop tomato, i tablespoon of red onion and chiffonade some fresh basil. Stir with a little olive oil and serve atop chicken. MUCH BETTER and much more Italian!

Everything sounded great til you said to fry it in vegetable oil.Wouldn't olive or canola be mmore heart smart? 110 calories from fat sounds a bit scary.
