Make delicious finger food Italian style. Chicken is oven-baked and has a crispy, crunchy coating.

easy healthy recipe. the only thing i would change is to use butter flavored Pam instead of the 3 Tb. of butter.

I make these all the time, but I use ranch dressing instead of egg, season the Bisquick with Adobo seasoning. I also melt the butter in the pan and spread around, place chicken on top of melted butter and turn half way through cooking. The melted butter seems to coat the chicken a bit better than drizzling, I put the butter in the pan and in oven while preheating. My teenage boys love these better than any store bought chicken fingers!

These were pretty good! I used way more italian seasoning and added some chili powder. They were delicious.

sounds good from reviews! going to use italian style bread crumbs and canola oil as that's what I have on hand for tonight. I'm sure my 15yr old will love them!! he actually makes his own version and frys them on the stove top...what a mess to clean up after frying!! doing this in the oven without so much oil, is not only healthier, there won't be any greasy mess...

These are really great! I did add some Cajun seasoning so they wouldn't be bland after reading the other reviews on here. They were easy, and my husband really loved them, too. I also made the Garlic Cheese Biscuits to go with them.

I make these all the time; but instead of using the Italian seasoning, I add one package of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing (dry) to the Bisquick. I then fry them in corn oil in a skillet and then put them on a cookie sheet and bake them (300 degrees) for about 10 minutes to make sure they're cooked through. Great!!

Pretty tasty! A little bland for our family's taste, but I added in some Tuscan italian seasoning and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breading, and it was fine. My family enjoyed it. Definitely watch your cook time, though, as I left it in a little too long, and it came out a little dry.

My family loved these. When I made them, my father was skeptical about them and didn't think that my son would even love them. They turned out to be a great hit that I didn't have enough for family to have seconds.

I was slightly disappointed. Only 1 tsp of seasoning didn't seem to be enough. The chicken tasted too...well, chickeny. I like a little more flavor in my food and this one just didn't cut it. But I do think that with a few tweaks (like garlic, etc.) this recipe could be great. But as it is, I probably won't make it again.
