This recipe was ok for me, but I wont just do it this way and leave it alone again. I salvaged it by mashing the cauliflower and tossing in a tablespoon of sour cream and a pat of room temperature butter a pinch of salt and wow this made for a really great cauliflower mash. Good Luck and enjoy.
