We added a few veggies to the kabobs, but overall hubby and I really enjoyed this dish!

Are you kidding me? This recipe needs a few more ingredients to be called Italian! How about some sliced onion,or leek, sliced plum tomato(fresh or sun dried),maybe even sliced garlic clove between the meat chunks! Follow the rest of the recipe, & I think you got it! Just saying,my father-in-law is pure Italian & I learned there is an art to making,"real Italian" food.

This was great! My husband and I both loved it! After reading other reviews, I did take their advice and use slightly less Balsamic Vinegar. What a great, simple recipe!

The beef was tender and cooked perfectly but I think there was too much balsamic. Next time I will cut back on the balsamic and add veggies.

This is a great recipe, I had to make a double serving and it turned out just as good. I recommend adding some veggies to it to give a crispy crunch.

Decent I suppose. A bit too much with the balsamic.
