I made these for St Pat's day and they were a BIG hit. I however, made 1 1/2 batches and baked in a 9 x 11 pan. The crust and the filling were equal. I also used the substitution for the Irish Crm Liquor - Half & Half, cold coffee and almond extract. Filling wasn't runny. Did however bake it for about 10 min longer than the recipe called for.

I agree with AG that the top layer was too thin, and suggest doubling. Also, try using a little less liqueur, it was quite strong. Was expecting this to be better...

I was very disappointed with the recipe. The top layer was too thin. It looked nothing like the picture. My guests and I were all in agreement that this disgusting. The bottow layer wasn''t too bad. I say, scrape the top off and eat it that way.

Tasty- -BUT bottom layer had too much flour and was very difficult to mix. Top layer was way too thin, nothing like the picture. I recommend doubling the ingredients of the top layer. A disappointment..........

I did not have sour cream on hand for the first batch. So, I used peach yogurt instead. It gave it a little fruity taste that seemed to compliment the recipe. It was wonderful fixed by the recipe and with the substitution.
